Specialist Learning & Development (m/f/non-binary)

Your responsibilities:
Learning and Development
- Support the design and delivery of training programs, participant comms, documentation
- Evaluate training programs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support global initiatives
Employee Engagement
- Support in conducting and implementing employee surveys
- Analyze results and implement measures to improve engagement
- Contribute to internal communication and feedback formats
University Marketing and Attraction
- Build and maintain relationships with universities
- Organize career events, fairs and guest lectures
- Develop targeted campaigns for student and graduate recruitment
Recruiting
- Support operational recruiting processes
- Participate in interviews and selection procedures
Project Work
- Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects
- Take ownership of sub-projects and initiatives
Your profile:
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Initial experience in Learning & Development, HR or Leadership Development, inhouse or in an advisory role
- Structured and proactive working style, strong organizational and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
- Entrepreneurial thinking, a “can-do” attitude, curiosity, and flexibility
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, with additional European languages (e.g. German) being advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
