Specialist Learning & Development (m/f/non-binary)

Your responsibilities:

Learning and Development

  • Support the design and delivery of training programs, participant comms, documentation
  • Evaluate training programs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support global initiatives

Employee Engagement

  • Support in conducting and implementing employee surveys
  • Analyze results and implement measures to improve engagement
  • Contribute to internal communication and feedback formats

University Marketing and Attraction

  • Build and maintain relationships with universities
  • Organize career events, fairs and guest lectures
  • Develop targeted campaigns for student and graduate recruitment

Recruiting

  • Support operational recruiting processes
  • Participate in interviews and selection procedures

Project Work

  • Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects
  • Take ownership of sub-projects and initiatives

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Initial experience in Learning & Development, HR or Leadership Development, inhouse or in an advisory role
  • Structured and proactive working style, strong organizational and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, a “can-do” attitude, curiosity, and flexibility
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, with additional European languages (e.g. German) being advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
