In order to further enhance the training programme, Messer and B. Braun have analysed the experience from the first two years with the partners concerned – the General Department of Vocational Training (GDVT) of the Vietnamese Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), the AHK delegate of the German Economy in Vietnam, and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
