Privacy policy statement for the online application form
We collect, process and use your personal data for the purpose of processing your online application. Your online application data is sent directly to the human resources department by email and is of course treated as confidential. We use the relevant technical and organisational methods to ensure that your personal data is treated as confidential according to the legal requirements. When filling out your online application, please be aware that the data is sent unencrypted by email and that it may be possible for unauthorised persons to view or manipulate the data.
You may send us your documents by post if you would prefer. If you have applied for a specific position and this has already been filled, or we consider you equally or more suitable for a different position, we would like to pass on your application within our company. Please inform us if you do not wish us to do so. Your personal data will be deleted automatically once the application process has ended, or after 12 months at the latest, unless you expressly consent to us storing your data for a longer period of time.
